MCLE Information:

Pending certification by the California State Bar, approximately 7 hours of credit for attending the entire Conference are available. MCLE credit is available only for the California State Bar and credits are only available for in-person attendance this year. We will not provide credit for any other state bar. To receive full credits, you are required to sign in and out to all sessions attended AND fill out, sign, and return the provided MCLE form/survey at the Conference. Our program changes every year, requiring us to reapply to the CA State Bar Association every year. This means that credits will not be immediately available.

Confirmation:

A confirmation will be emailed to you within ten business days of receiving your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email: register@prop65ch.com

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Should you be unable to attend, a refund will be made for cancellations received via email to register@prop65ch.com by Monday, August 25, 2025. If you notify us after that date, you will have the recordings available roughly a week after the event. Otherwise, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your organization or credit the registration fee to next year’s conference. A $200 administrative charge will be applied to refunds of registrations after the expiration of the Early Bird Rate, which is Friday, July 18, 2025.

Watch Recordings:

We will record the conference and make the recordings available to those who register for that option. The recordings will be available roughly a week after the event for all attendees for 30 days. CA MCLE credits will no longer be given for watching the recordings, they will only be available for in-person attendance this year.
